Prepare for Your Visit to El Con Health and Wellness with Our Patient Resources

Have you made an appointment for a consultation at El Con Health and Wellness? Prepare for your visit with the following resources. We look forward to seeing you in our office! Need to cancel or reschedule your appointment? Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are canceled without 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 fee.

Accepted Insurance

We accept the following insurance at the clinic. Not all plans are accepted, so additional verification is necessary.

  • Arizona complete

  • Medicare

Financing Options

While we strive to provide affordable medical aesthetic treatments, you may benefit from financing options to help you pay for your care in monthly installments. Many medical aesthetic services are not covered by insurance, and payment is due in full at the time services are rendered. However, the following services can help you with customizable payment plans suited to your budget.

Interest-free promotional financing plans are available, and you can prequalify for an account without impacting your credit score (application will yield a hard inquiry on your credit report). Once you have a CareCredit account, you can use your CareCredit credit card at the time of service or utilize their Pay My Provider online portal.
